Is the free trial really free?
Yes — the 30-day trial is genuinely free, no card required. It's capped (for example, professionals get 5 applications a month and institutions get 2 open vacancies), but it gives you a real feel for the platform. Step up to a paid plan whenever you're ready.
How does billing work?
Paid tiers renew every 30 days (or every 365 on an annual plan). We issue an STK push to your M-Pesa number (or accept bank transfer), and your plan activates the moment payment confirms. Every charge produces a KRA-compliant e-TIMS invoice automatically.
What's the difference between a quota and a static limit?
Quotas — like applications, bids or supply requests — reset at the start of each billing period. Static limits — like rooms, recruiter seats, product listings or supply regions — apply to what you have configured at any one time while the plan is active.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
Any time, from Billing & Plans in your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately; renewals of the same plan stack onto your remaining days so you never lose time. Cancel a paid plan whenever you like — you keep access until the period ends.
Do professionals ever pay to get hired?
Never. We don't take a cut of any placement. Paid professional tiers simply lift your visibility and raise your monthly application and document limits — the hire itself always costs you nothing.
